submitted to the Building & Planning Committee Chair for approval BEFORE any work
commences.

SPECIFICATIONS: ANY VEGETATION THAT IS REMOVED NEEDS TO BE REPLACED
WITH EITHER ANOTHER PLANT OR NEATLY LANDSCAPED AT THE TIME OF
PROJECT COMPLETION.

OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING THE NECESSARY PERMITS IF YOUR REQUEST IS

Approved Changes must be completed within 90 days of the date of the approval letter.
